Images of organisation The aim of this exercise is to facilitate an individual introduction from participants as they enter a workshop or team meeting. It can also be used to develop, interpersonal skills such is networking and engaging with others in unfamiliar surroundings. Images of Organisation was developed in 2000 by future factory ltd and was heavily influenced by the work of Gareth Morgan, in his book Images of Organisation and also Noel Tichy in his book The Leadership Engine. In your resource pack you will find 100 (4x25) cartoon images which represent illustrations of how participants on learning and Development Initiatives have described their feelings as they enter an event (Entry Behaviour). These cartoon images have been developed over the past decade and have proven to be highly effective in compelling participants to tell their story as they enter a workshop.
