Images of Organisation

We try to make our programmes as engaging and practical as possible.

Moving away from traditional talk and chalk, so when participants on these programmes want a record of ideas and actions we often use a cartoonist as a more dynamic and memorable vehicle for capturing ideas.

Some actual examples are shown below.

Diamond Tipped Drill THE DIAMOND TIPPED DRILL

We are a small part of a larger thing. However, though small, as a team we are still capable of being at the forefront of the organisation and making a big difference.

"Diamond tip on the industrial drill"
Out of Depth OUT OF DEPTH

These individuals find that when they are in a comfortable environment, like an octopus in deep water they are happy and effective. However, when they get to the more shallow water they get out of their depth, cramped and constrained, no longer comfortable and do not operate as effectively.
"Out of comfort zone and problems begin to occur"
Where We Want To Be WHERE WE WANT TO BE

This team envisages becoming like this band of musicians, attracting and making it easy for people to join the team.

To create an environment that provides people with the space and conditions to learn and practice the music and then provide the opportunity via the bridge to join the team. Make people want to join them, to be part of that team.
The Shark and Coral THE SHARK & CORAL

This team perceived themselves as a combination of both the nuturing and protecting qualities of coral, with the predatory bite of a shark when required.
