Business Mirrors

Through practical simulations, known as "business mirrors", that relate to issues of organisational, team and leadership development – we offer scope to anticipate, rehearse and refine the approaches, attitudes and skills needed to prepare for, and implement, personal and organisational change.

The activities are demanding and engaging, as we believe development happens when people operate close to what they think are the limitations of their abilities.

future factory provide a business framework for the management of behavioural and organisational change.

future factory creates practical exercises and simulations. By working closely with our clients we encourage them to add the content, detail and incorporate their own specific industry knowledge. Together we build relevant business process models unique to each client.

Typical process models are:

i) The integration of discrete teams.

Departments, teams or divisions currently working independently (with responsibility for specific aspects of a business function) are brought together to create a centralised and unified group.

ii) Exploring creative ways of utilising limited resources.

Through sharing expertise, information, manpower and learning, participants identify ways of ‘doing more with less’ and avoiding error and duplication of effort.

iii) Building ‘big picture’ business awareness.

A complete manufacturing process is set up in which products go from research and design, through manufacturing and distribution, to market - according to a business plan generated and managed by the participants.
